CONVOCATORIA DE PLENO MUNICIPAL
En uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación local convoco, a los Sres. Concejales, a sesión extraordinaria-urgente a celebrar por el PLENO MUNICIPAL, el día 29 de ABRIL de 2014, a las 12:00 horas en el Salón de Sesiones de la Casa Consistorial, para debatir los asuntos consignados en el siguiente:
ORDEN DEL DÍA
PRIMERO.- DECLARACIÓN, SI PROCEDE, DE LA URGENCIA DE LA PRESENTE SESIÓN.
SEGUNDO.- DECLARACIÓN, SI PROCEDE, DE NULIDAD DE PLENO DERECHO DEL CONTRATO MARCO DE OPERACIONES FINANCIERAS MÁS CONOCIDO COMO SWAPS, SUSCRITO ENTRE ESTE AYUNTAMIENTO Y BANCA MARCH, EL DÍA 14 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2005 Y, EL CONTRATO DE CONFIRMACIÓN OPERACIÓN SWAPS DE TIPOS DE INTERÉS SUSCRITO CON FECHA 15 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2005.
